Care Instructions:

• Make sure your vase or container is clean in order to decrease the probability of bacteria growth. Bacteria shorten the life span of your flowers.
• Fill your vase about 2/3 full of room temperature water. Too much water can speed up stem decay.
• Make sure no leaves are under water. Decaying leaves create bacteria.
• Cut all stems on an angle approximately 3-4cm and repeat every few days.
• Change the water when it becomes discolored, and top it up when needed.
• Keep your flowers away from draughts, direct sunlight and ripening fruit.(fruit release a gas called ethylene, which accelerates the ageing process in cut flowers)
• Remove wilting flowers as they can spread mold (Botrytis) to your other flowers.
• Flower food keeps them longer - You may use a teaspoon of bleach, two teaspoon of lemon/lime juice and a teaspoonful of sugar as an alternative to flower food preservative. Bleach may sound extreme but if u can’t find one at home, a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar replacing bleach will do the job (vinegar kills the bacteria and fungi too). If you don’t have bleach or apple cider, Use Vodka!! Well it might sound that your flowers are having a good cocktail, getting your flowers a little tipsy wispy is another way to fend off bacteria.

• You can order flower/perishable related products up to fourteen days before the delivery date.
• Our cut-off time for flower/perishable related products is at 4pm Malaysia Standard Time for next day delivery.
• Delivery costs is free with every posy/flower arrangement ordered which will arrive next day at the earliest.
• All deliveries are made between 11am and 6pm.
• At some point we do our best to use couriers who will take extreme care of your products. If this has not been the case please call us immediately.
• All flowers come aqua-packed (i.e. with water in cellophane), unless bought with our signature acrylic crate or boxes
• Any cancelation should be made 48 hours before the date of delivery. There will be no refunds for the cancelled flowers after the timeframe. We will only refund the remaining non-perishable items. (eg: add-ons) 
• Please be very careful in providing us with correct and up to date information. If you provide us with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, then we accept no responsibility for the mistake.
